The IHSA suspended North Chicago football as well as eight Simeon players for their part in Friday's fight with fans at NOrth Chicago that caused the game to be called with five minutes remaining in the first quarter. Simeon was declared the game winner with a 21-0 lead at the time.
Did the IHSA do the correct thing? They are meeting with the North Chicago officials again next week for further discussion of punishment. What should they do?
